1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tank Store Kenya's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Tank Store Kenya provides:

• Water storage tank manufacturing and supply
• Professional installation services
• Maintenance and repair services
• Consultation and design services
• Tank accessories and related products

3. Product Warranties

Our products come with the following warranties:

• Polyethylene Tanks: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Steel Tanks: 5-year warranty against corrosion and structural defects
• Fiberglass Tanks: 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Installation Services: 2-year warranty on workmanship

Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Balance payment due upon delivery/completion
• Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are subject to change without notice

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation terms:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary
• Customer must provide suitable access for delivery
• Installation site must be prepared according to our specifications
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access locations
• Customer must be present during delivery and installation

6. Limitation of Liability

Tank Store Kenya's liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information for quotes and orders
• Ensuring proper site preparation for installation
• Following maintenance guidelines provided
• Reporting defects or issues promptly
• Complying with local building codes and regulations

8. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation terms:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Cancellation fees may apply for orders in production
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by Tank Store Kenya are protected by intellectual property rights. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kenya or through mutually agreed arbitration.
